Howdy all.

I'm "Gertie"... I think it is safe to say I am a fan of post-apocalyptic and dystopian fiction. I've been reading about the end of the world for years now, and I expect that to go on indefinitely. Wait, no... until December 21st this year. (Yeah, that joke will only be funny until then, but I'm willing to risk it.) I like PA fiction enough to moderate a group on Goodreads specifically for it, and it has become one of my daily addictions.

Aside from PA fiction, I like sci-fi (oh you know, aliens, space exploration, mutated viruses, superpowers, monsters... all that good stuff) in all its formats, and a bit of an artsy type. Gardener. Spinster. Vegetarian. Not quite a hippie. Graphic designer. I love sangria, hate cilantro.
