Bit late for an introduction seeing as though I've posted elsewhere.

I live in England which is part of the United Kingdom for those of you who do not own an atlas or those who had not studied geography at school. I don't read a lot, which is somewhat odd seeing as though this is a forum to discuss the work of an author, but when I do it tends to be science fiction type stuff. So any recommendations would be appreciated.

Oh boy can I give you recommendations! Firstly, you should read all of Mr. Howey's works...they are fantastic. Secondly, if you have never read Ender's Game I suppose you can give that a try. In my opinion it is a classic and a great read. Apparently it is being made into a movie next year.

I've actually been contemplating downloading Enders Game but the Amazon reviews although being posative for the majority appear to be mixed, i cant put my finger on exactly what has kept me putting it off, odd I know, but I shall give it ago based on your recommendation. Thanks.

I've really enjoyed Alastair Reynolds' works. Especially Blue Remembered Earth, House of Suns, and Pushing Ice.
