Hugh Howey and Christopher Lee are Administrators as well, but they are the Ubermackdaddybigwig Admins, so please contact one of the above Support Staff first if possible, because Hugh is busy writing awesome books, and Chris is busy doing awesome internet stuff, so they may not be able to respond quite as quickly.
