This is a great example of taking what is a presumed copyrighted title and altering it slightly (see this link for details. While an album title may not be copyrighted, using it for your own, unrelated merchandise could very well be a copyright violation). So it becomes:

I, ZOMBIE
your mind is a terrible thing to taste

Or

A Mind is a Terrible Thing to Taste

...and so on. We can play around with things like that and it's okay. It's close enough that it brings to mind immediately the saying it's coming from and playing off of, while avoiding copyright issues (hopefully).

I, Zombie: Do the Shuffle

We cannot use "shuffle" in any sense that could remotely be connected with dance or music, because of the copyright Party Rock Clothing holds (quite unfairly, in my opinion).

As a matter of fact, several of the "Keep Calm and Shuffle On" designs have been pulled by Zazzle for review because of PRC's trademark. I'm arguing our case on this, however, and am hopeful we'll win.
