I hope we can eventually use the word Shuffle, because that is THE main catchword in the book. And we all love it. All the best taglines I see involve the word shuffle. We all want shuffle shirts. (I also love CML's "A mind is a terrible thing to taste")

I'm confident we can use "shuffle" -- we just have to avoid any potential connotation that could cross over into music or dance/movement.

It is very unfortunate that companies like Party Rock attempt to lay claim to random verbs simply because there is one song that contains a variant of it. I'mma do my best. And will keep y'all posted.

Thanks, Tink. Yeah, that's what I meant....companies trying to lay claim to random verbs.

As a matter of fact, several of the "Keep Calm and Shuffle On" designs have been pulled by Zazzle for review because of PRC's trademark. I'm arguing our case on this, however, and am hopeful we'll win.
Well, dang. How is it anyone can speak without getting sued? I know, I know, it's just frustrating.

It absolutely is. But at the same time, I respect their diligence in protecting artists. It's when those artists attempt to control every potential aspect -- even unrelated ones -- that I get frustrated.

Agreed. And unrelated is right. Zombies Don't Dance.

    Update!

As long as we avoid "shuffling" we can use "shuffle" to our heart's content, in a zombie context. Yay! Something to be said for squeaky wheels and all that jazz.

Couple new designs up. And I'm still working on WOOL and will start seriously diving into the suggestions in this thread as I'm able. You guys are amazingly clever. Keep the suggestions coming!

This one seems pretty obvious, has anybody used this one yet?

    "Got Brains?"

maybe one of the artists among us could photoshop a brain pressed up the inside of a glass? haha
