Just finished the Wool series up to First Shift. Amazing read. Well done, Hugh. Can't wait for Second Shift.

Ok, ok! i discovered Wool on the web - I'm a big SF fan, therefore I frequent the many sites out there that cater. Wool keeps getting mentioned as a book that will impress even skeptical SF fans like me - meaning, people who read a lot of SF, and the number of stories that annoy and bore us far outnumber the ones that truly make us think about possible end-game scenarios. Wool, especially the last installment, really stuck with me for a while after finishing it. I eagerly await the next book..
It's great, eh?
I'm writing a sci-fi story, maybe if you get the chance you could give the prologue a read and tell me your thoughts. Not enough of my friends are sci-fi lovers so I rarely get a chance to speak with a true fan. The prologue is from the perspective of the alien, most of the rest of the book is human persepective.
