I had a great afternoon at Appalachian State University’s bookstore today. Lots of traffic, met a ton of wonderful young readers, and signed and sold over a dozen books. Hopefully a few of the people that took home flyers and bookmarks will become future fans as well.

A huge thanks to the fine folks at ASU, especially Bill Pillow, who puts together a wonderful newsletter and was kind enough to give me top billing. Also, the purple table covering was an inspired choice. Really set the cover of the book off.

Now it’s back to writing and editing while I wait for these readers to get through the book and begin pestering me for the sequel!
